Pastor of The Gathering Place, a Latino-led multi-ethnic Assemblies of God congregation in Orlando, Florida. Salguero is also the president and founder of the National Latino Evangelical Coalition (NALEC), a national coalition of several thousand evangelical congregations in the United States.

Tribute to the ministers of the past two years who have gone on to their heavenly reward, and a Commissioning of new leaders in a service led by the Executive Committee.

Translation of Sessions
Translation services will be provided through UHF translation device. Languages expected to be available include Spanish, French, Portuguese, and German. Delegates needing translation assistance may visit the General Assembly Translation Help Desk, located in the main lobby of the HBGCC.
